NOTICE TO APPLICANTS:

All employees who operate or may operate a company owned vehicle shall be subject to review of their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) prior to hire and yearly thereafter.

Any driver who has been convicted of any of the following shall be ineligible for employment or continuation of employment:

• Three (3) or more moving violations in a three (3) year period.

• Two (2) or more preventable accidents in a three (3) year period.

• Any alcohol or drug related offenses including, but not limited to, driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that adversely affects safety within the last five (5) years

• Conviction of any of the following, regardless of time period:

  • Homicide involving a vehicle

  • Using a vehicle to elude Police

  • Hit & Run

  • Manslaughter with a vehicle

  • Felony with a vehicle

  • False report to Police

  • Permitting an unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle

All drivers must possess a valid Colorado driver license at time of hire.
